I was determined to practice esthetics within a medical facility, and I wanted an environment that was soothing and nurturing at the same time. When patients enter the esthetics room, they are pleased to find it comforting and cozy. And that’s precisely what I wanted. My interest in skin care goes back to earlier years in my hometown, Philadelphia, where I worked in the business side of the beauty industry as an administrator for the east coast distributor of Guinot skin care. I became fascinated with all the products and facial equipment I was introduced to, and my interest remained throughout the years. When I became an esthetician, I knew I wanted to focus on treatment. Having had challenges with my own skin, I was determined to learn the best ways to rejuvenate skin in a safe and balanced way. It’s an ongoing process with all the new technology out there, and I find that very exciting. By combining my experience in both traditional and clinical esthetics, it is my intention to nurture every patient’s skin as if it were my own, and restore it to its optimum health.
